  • 1 year Warranty: Your jewelry is covered under a 1 year warranty for damages due to design flaws. If your piece needs a fix due to a flaw on our end, we've got your back!

  • Care Responsibility: To keep your jewelry in top-notch condition, remember to handle it with care. Accidents happen, and we get it! Just a gentle reminder that intentional damage like bending, improper storage, or cleaning may not be covered under the warranty. Click here to learn how to treat your new jewels properly.

  • Return Policy: For returns, buyers are on the hook for the $10 shipping fee. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition to avoid any loss in value. Remember, sale orders are final and can't be swapped out for something else. All international orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

  • Handcrafted Charm: Each piece is crafted by hand, making them charmingly unique. Embrace the small imperfections that come with handmade jewelry - they add to the magic! No two pieces are exactly alike, so you're getting a one-of-a-kind gem every time.

  • Shipping: Your order will be ready in about 2 weeks, and then it's off on a little adventure to you with 3-7 days for shipping. Once I send it off to the post office, it's out of my hands and into the big wide world!

  • International Shipping: All our international packages hop on board with USPS First Class for a safe journey to you! Please note that these packages don't come with insurance, so once they begin their adventure with USPS, they're out of my hands. Unfortunately, I can't replace any packages that decide to go on their own little vacation after I've sent them off. If you're thinking of adding some extra security with International Insurance, just give me a shout before hitting that order button!
